The Matrix frame (plate) is designed for athletes performing their first triple jumps and advanced level spins.

  • 5mm lower structure which considerably increases stability when landing jumps and maneuverability when applying pressure on the wires.
  • Differentiation between right and left plate which facilitates the targeting of targeted jumps such as Toe-Loop, Flip and Lutz.
  • “Click action” mechanism that allows greater precision of the steering wheels which maintain their adjustment even during the most complex exercises.
  • Insole made from a drawn Ergal bar and completely CNC machined.
  • 13mm steering pins inclined at 16° with lowered trim.
  • Elastomer suspensions available in 5 hardnesses (colours) available.
  • Aluminum crosspieces with 7mm steel axles and adjustable tip.
  • Brake (pad) and wrench kit included.

Suspension table

Each frame size comes with a specific suspension hardness.
If the athlete's needs are different, a replacement suspension kit can be purchased separately.
Consult the guide to choose the most suitable suspension.

THEIR SUSPENSIONS GREEN GREY SKY BLUE
REFERENCE WEIGHT Up to 45kg From 45 to 55 kg From 55 to 65 kg
ADVISE
It is preferable not to replace the suspensions close to the races (less than 1 week).
Changing the suspensions involves a change in the behavior of the tool which requires a suitable adaptation time.

Left and right insoles

The Roll-Line® professional plates are characterized by an inward inclination of the brakes of 4°.
This particular setting offers a series of advantages such as:

  • better brake position during the toe phase of the jumps
  • greater control in centering the spins
  • optimization of the push phase

Lowered trim

The high-level Roll-Line® freestyle plates have a 5mm lowered structure.
The downward center of gravity is advantageous during:

  • the landing of jumps
  • the pressure on the wires
  • the execution of figures that require a lot of maneuverability

Steering adjustment

Turn the steering adjustment nut with the socket wrench clockwise to make the steering stiffer, or counterclockwise to make it softer.
Taking the 0 indicated on the plate as a starting point, it is possible to operate the nut marked with numbers from 1 to 8 to find the most optimal personal adjustment.
Be careful to respect the suggested limits of use to avoid malfunctions and damage.

Tip adjustment

It is important to make sure that the tip is inserted with light pressure into the spherical seat. Loosen the tip lock nut with a 13 mm wrench.
Unscrew or screw the tip with a 6 mm wrench.
Check that it is inserted into the spherical seat with light pressure. Close the tip locking nut.

Control and maintenance

It is advisable to check the status of the various components every time you use the product.

In particular, it is important to carefully ascertain:

  • that the plate is well fixed to the shoe
  • that the pins are well fixed to the sole (plate) of the skate
  • the state of wear of the suspensions
  • that the tip is inserted with light pressure into the spherical seat
  • the state of wear of the wheels and the self-locking nuts for fixing them
  • the sliding of the bearings
  • the state of wear, the position, the closure and the cleanliness of the brake pad

ADVISE
It is preferable not to act noticeably on the steering close to the races (less than 1 week).
Changing the adjustment involves a change in the behavior of the tool which requires a suitable adaptation time.
