CONDITIONS OF SALE
Below are the conditions governing the purchase of items offered for sale on the website www.pattiniedanza.it (hereinafter the “Site”).
When you make a purchase on this Site, you will be asked to accept these Conditions of Sale; their acceptance involves the stipulation of a contract governed by them.
It is therefore important that you read the Conditions of Sale carefully before placing an order for the Products on the Site (“Order”).

1. Seller
The seller, owner of the Site, is the company Pattini e Danza di Mancini Eleonora based in Trani (BT) via Avv. Vittorio Malcangi 240 - PI 06244069726

2. Purchase methods
For each item there is a choice of options (if the item includes variations such as size, colour, etc.), and an add to cart button; the latter may be deactivated in the event of an item being sold out or unavailable.
The addition to the cart can also be made for multiple items and also modified until the purchase is confirmed.
Upon confirmation of purchase you will be asked to communicate to the Seller the data necessary to follow up with the order (delivery/shipment), to choose the payment method from those available and to accept these conditions of sale.

3. Confirmation of receipt of the order
Correct receipt of the order will be confirmed by a written response to the email address you have provided to us. To allow correct communication we ask you to check that your address is written correctly. In case of non-receipt, it is advisable to check that our communications have not ended up in your junk mail folder (Spam, Junkie, etc.).

4. Acceptance and Execution of the order
Your order will be processed once the payment is visible; with particular reference to deferred forms such as bank transfer or payment via PostePay, the payment is considered received when visible on the recipient's (Seller's) account.
We do our best to always accept Orders but it may happen that an Order is rejected, for example if:
to. you provide us with incomplete, inaccurate, or fraudulent information regarding your identity, age, payment information, billing information, shipping address;
b. we detect an error on our Site relating to the Products you ordered, for example in the price or description displayed;
c. the Products you ordered are out of stock or no longer available;
d. we have reason to believe that your intent is to resell the products ordered.

If we are unable to accept your Order, we will contact you via e-mail as soon as possible and, in the case of immediate payment already made, we will refund the amount through the same method where possible or, in any case, in the most suitable method possible.
Acceptance of your Order will be confirmed to you via e-mail. In case of delivery by courier you will also receive shipping information (tracking code).
We cannot be held liable for delay or failure to comply with our obligations under the Terms of Sale where such delay or failure is due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control including, without limitation, natural disasters, war or civil commotion, strikes , government intervention, omissions by suppliers, provision of inaccurate information or failure to pay by you. We will inform you about such unexpected events as soon as possible and will do our best to reduce their impact on our performance, as far as reasonably possible. If the interruption continues for more than 2 weeks, you can cancel the Order and obtain a refund.

5. Seller's Responsibilities
Pattini e Danza declares not to be responsible for any damage/injury to the customer related to the use of skates and accessories.
Pattini e Danza assumes no responsibility for disservices attributable to force majeure such as accidents, explosions, fires, strikes and/or lockouts, earthquakes, floods and other similar events which prevent, in whole or in part, from carrying out the times agreed in the contract.
We will not be liable to any party or third party for any damages, losses and costs suffered as a result of any failure to perform the contract for any of the above reasons.

6. Return and Reconsideration
If you are not satisfied with the goods received, you can send them back to us. You will be refunded as required by current legislation. The law (Legislative Decree no. 185/99) establishes a useful deadline for exercising the right of change of mind quantified as 14 days from receipt of the goods.

To exercise the right of withdrawal you will also have to choose between one of the following possibilities:
* replacement of goods;
* crediting of the money: in this case indicate the details of a bank or postal account (complete IBAN code and account holder); the refund concerns the price of the product and will be made within 30 days. from receipt of the returned goods. The costs borne by the customer are those relating to the shipping and redelivery of the goods. The right of change of mind and return cannot be exercised on assembled skates.
The returned products must be intact, inserted in their original packaging complete in all its parts (including any documentation and accessory equipment such as manuals, keys, nuts, etc.) with adequate external packaging carefully sealed to guarantee its integrity during transport.
The products must therefore not be used/worn.
The transport costs for the right of change of mind and return remain the responsibility of the customer.
In the event that your return is attributable to our error or because the product was damaged during delivery, or even if the product is defective, the return shipping cost will be borne by us.
All items must arrive in the same conditions as they were received, equipped with the original packaging and any manuals and/or instruction booklets that are part of the package and the original packaging; Returning the goods using any other method is not permitted.
Pattini e Danza will accept the returned goods, reserving the right to verify that the products have been returned in their original state and with the original packaging; only in this case will it send the amount paid by the consumer for the purchase of the products.

7. After sales
If you have encountered problems or wish to send a complaint regarding a Product or a purchase made on the Site, or simply need after-sales assistance, you can contact us at the contact details indicated on the Contact Us page, managed by our Customer Service.

8. Personal data
By placing your Order and accepting these "Conditions", you give us authorization to store, process and use your personal data for the processing of your Order. We will process your data according to our Privacy Policy published at this address.

9. Competent Court
For the resolution of any civil disputes arising from the interpretation, execution and termination of this distance selling contract, the Seller elects exclusively that of Trani as the competent court.
10. Guarantees
Skates and Dance by Eleonora Mancini, the sole supplier for the site www.pattiniedanza.it, markets high quality products. The producers of these goods offer a guarantee whose minimum duration depends on the type of product purchased. The guarantee starts from the day of purchase of the goods. This service is directly provided by the manufacturers of the goods.
The quality of our products is positioned at the top of their respective categories and the storage and shipping methods have been designed to guarantee their conservation over time.
We purchase directly from manufacturing companies that certify quality through an international guarantee and rigorous selection procedures and control standards.

11. SHIPPING METHODS
• Shipments are made in Italy and Europe with Poste Italiane SDA courier;
in countries outside the European Union, transport will be carried out both by DHL and SDA courier.
From the moment the package is shipped, the customer will receive an email with information on the tracking code, shipping method and chosen courier. This is why it is very important to provide the right contact details when ordering.
• In the case of shipping outside the European Union, local customs fees may be applied: these are to be paid by the customer.
